THE WIDE AND THE NARROW
In Matthew 7:13-14 the Lord tells oftwo ways. One of these ways is a straight and narrow way; the other is wide and broad. Many will go on the broad path; while few, in comparison, will travel on the straight and narrow one. The Bible also says that the weak things will set at naught the things that are mighty (I Corinthians 1:27-28). Even the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God (I Corinthians 3:19). Why is that? Because worldly wisdom does not, for the most part, take God into consideration.
In I Kings 18 there was one prophet of God against 450 false prophets. Who do you suppose won? You would say, "Of course, the 450." Not so, for it was God working through the prophet Who gave him the victory!
Who would ever believe that a shepherd boy would kill a giant (I Samuel 17)? We read in Judges 15 of a man called Samson, who took a jawbone of a beast, and with it killed a thousand men. Impossible? Not so with God. God pron-dsed Israel that He would fight for them if they were obedient to Him (Exodus 23:22; Deuteronomy 20:4; Jeremiah 7:23).

| THE NARROW ROAD
The narrow road the Lord spoke about is what the world might say is for narrow-minded people and they are right; for the true believer does not take part in the devil's garbage dump of sinful pleasure. God has a people separated unto Himself. The believer is called upon to serve God only The majority ofpeople are walking on the broad road. Notice where it leads (Matthew 7:13) - to destruction, eternal destruction! Satan has blinded the eyes of most of them (11 Corinthians 4:4), so they eat, drink, and make merry (Luke 12:19), not thinking about the future, living only for today. Ask yourself these questions: "On which road am I traveling? Am I following the crowd, or am I traveling on the road that leads to eternal life?" Have you personally received the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior? Then you are on the right road. However, if you do not know Jesus Christ as your Savior, then you are on the wrong road. There are two roads, but there is only way to God. That is through Jesus Christ, for He is "the way, the truth, and the life"; no one can come unto the Father except through Christ Jesus (John 14:6). Receive Him into your life today! |

| BECOMING A MEMBER OF GODS FAMILY
YOU MUST RECIEVE CHRIST THROUGH FAITH AND EXPERIENCE A NEW BIRTH. THE BIBLE ALSO REFERS TO THIS AS A CIRCUMCISION OF THE HEART AND NOT THE FLESH. (JOHN 1:12, JOHN 3:1-8, EPH 2:8,9). YOU MUST PERSONALY INVITE CHRIST INTO YOUR LIFE (REV. 3:20) COMMIT YOUR SELF TO GOD AND YOU WILL SUCCEED. (PROV. 16:3) |

| THE INVITE:
DEAR LORD JESUS: THANKYOU FOR DYING ON THE CROSS FOR MY SINS, FOR I KNOW I AM A SINNER AND FALL SHORT OF OUR HEAVENLY FATHERS GLORY. PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR MY SINS AND ACCEPT MY PERSONAL INVITATION IN TO MY LIFE AND MY HEART. I KNOW YOU ARE THE KING OF ALL KINGS, AND I ACCEPT YOU AS MY LORD AND SAVIOR. I KNOW YOU DIED FOR MY SINS AND ROSE FROM DEATH AND RETURNED TO HEAVEN, BECOMING THE ONLY COMMUNICATION SOURCE BETWEEN THE HEAVENLY FATHER AND MYSELF, AND FOR THAT I AM TRULEY GREATFUL. I LOVE YOU FOREVER AND ALWAYS. AMEN |
